We will be there with you every step of the way to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that the entire process is enjoyable and stress-free, from choosing your home to moving day and beyond.
We take care of every new home and development that we build and we aim to ensure that you can relax and enjoy life in your new home as soon as you walk through the door. Even after you have moved in, we will still be here if you need us.
A series of independent quality inspections are conducted on each new home during key stages of construction. These inspections are all aimed at giving you peace of mind so you can fully enjoy the benefits of living in your new BoBen home.
All new buildings go through a ‘settling’ period after construction and during this time we will provide you with assistance and advice on any issues that may arise.
Warranty Cover
Your new home is covered by the BoBen Homes Warranty for the first two years after completion. Our customer care team manages this and is available to provide advice and direct assistance, covering emergency situations in the rare event that you are left without power, water, or heating.
Additionally, the LABC 10-year warranty runs from your completion day, providing cover for a wide range of structural defects that could occur during the first 10 years after your home is completed. This means structural faults that might happen during this period will be taken care of with the minimum of fuss. You don’t need to do anything to ensure your property is adequately covered. BoBen has already arranged and paid for this coverage before you buy your home. When you move in, they will provide you with a Certificate of Insurance along with a more comprehensive guide of what is covered. You can view the LABC brochure below.
We fully support and comply with the Consumer Code for Home Builders. This ensures home buyers are treated fairly, know what service to expect, and are given reliable information. The code also ensures you know how to access speedy and low-cost resolution services if you are dissatisfied with any part of your customer journey with us.
Site Visits
Viewing Appointments
We understand that you may want to explore our new homes, and we would be delighted to show them to you. However, as construction is currently in progress, site visits are available by appointment only. Please contact us on 07506651695 or email info@bobenconstruction.co.uk to arrange a suitable time to be shown round by one of our sales team.
Site Safety
When visiting our development sites, your safety is of great importance to us. Building sites can be dangerous places so please follow the guidelines on our signage and ensure any children visiting with you are always supervised and kept away from working areas. Please be aware of plant machinery. We recommend you wear suitable footwear (flat, non-slip, closed toe) for developments in progress.
Parking
We will make every effort to provide designated visitor parking or inform you of parking instructions before your visit. If the development site already has residents, please be considerate of where you park. Avoid parking on private property or blocking other cars.
Disabled Access
During construction, access for disabled individuals will be limited due to restricted mobility and lighting facilities. If you require access, please inform us when booking your viewing appointment, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
