We take great care in every home and development we build, so you can relax and enjoy life from the moment you walk through the door. And even after you’ve moved in, we’ll still be here if you need us.
Each new home undergoes a series of independent quality inspections at key stages of construction. These checks are designed to give you peace of mind and ensure your home meets the highest standards.
All new buildings go through a natural ‘settling’ period after construction. During this time, we’ll provide guidance and support to help you address any issues that may arise — so you can continue to enjoy your new BoBen home with confidence.
Warranty Cover
Your new home is covered by the BoBen Homes Warranty for the first two years after completion. Our dedicated customer care team manages this service and is available to offer advice and direct assistance — including support in emergency situations, such as loss of power, water, or heating.
In addition, your home is protected by a 10-Year Structural Warranty, which begins on your completion day. This warranty covers a wide range of structural defects that may arise within the first ten years of ownership. Should any structural issues occur, they will be resolved with minimal disruption to you.
There’s no need to take any action to activate this coverage — BoBen arranges and pays for it before you purchase your home. Upon moving in, you’ll receive a Certificate of Insurance along with a detailed guide outlining what is covered.
In our commitment to fairness, BoBen fully supports and complies with the Consumer Code for Home Builders. This ensures that:

- You know what level of service to expect
- You have access to fast, low-cost resolution services if any issues arise

Viewing Appointments
We understand that you may wish to explore our new homes, and we’d be delighted to show them to you. However, as construction is currently underway, site visits are available by appointment only.

Site Safety
Your safety is our top priority when visiting our development sites. As these are active construction areas, we kindly ask that you:
- Follow all safety signage and instructions
- Supervise children at all times and keep them away from working zones
- Be aware of plant machinery and moving vehicles
- Wear appropriate footwear (flat, non-slip, closed-toe shoes are recommended)
Parking
We will do our best to provide designated visitor parking or share parking instructions ahead of your visit. If the development already has residents, please park considerately and avoid blocking driveways or parking on private property.
Disabled Access
Due to ongoing construction, access for individuals with limited mobility may be restricted. If you require assistance or specific accommodations, please let us know when booking your appointment. We will do our utmost to support your visit.
